Achievements

• Design for Modification of existing box type launching girder of 31m span 300m radius to 37m span 300m radius capacity for DMRC project.
• Design and fabrication of Underslung launching girder for 60m span (1000 ton span weight) for Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd (BRPNNL) project.
• Design and fabrication of Overslung launching girder for 43m (600 ton span weight), 50m (1200 ton span weight) and 53m span (1600 ton span weight) for BRPNNL projects.
• Design for Modification of existing truss type launching girder of 600 ton capacity to erect 36m 1000 ton span weight for JDA project.
• Design of Underslung staging scheme for erection of 20.5m wide, 60m span length and 1600 ton span weight for BRPNNL project.
• Design of Staging schemes for box girders, I beams, bridges across railway tracks, pier head, etc. for NHAI, Northern Railway projects.
• Design and fabrication of Casting yard and moulds for segmental construction for NHAI project.
