LAUNCHING GIRDERS

We have designed Launching girders for segmental box girder spans & I-beams varying from 18m to 60m, deck width from 8.5m to 25.5m using underslung and overslung launching girders. We have designed CLC equipment for segmental box spans. Our Launching Girders can erect curve spans upto 120m radius with very less eccentricity in the rear.

CASTING YARD AND SEGMENT MOULDS

We design casting yards for pretensioned I beams, segmental box, spine & wing segments, cable stay segments, Cantilever cast in situ segments, I beam moulds, etc. Our moulds are designed to cast the curve spans also.

TEMP WORKS AND STAGING

We design and supply moulds of superstructure like box girder, I beams, Voided slabs and the staging arrangements for casting of these superstructures. We design the staging scheme of metro stations. We design erection schemes for I beams in inaccessible locations, erection of segmental spans on underslung staging schemes, erection scheme of precast pier caps and others.
